2. Carbon Monoxide is an odorless/colorless poisonous gas that is one of the most deadly substances encountered daily in the home, car, boat, or garage. Carbon Monoxide is so deadly because it interferes with the delivery of oxygen in the blood to the rest of the body.

3. Applications fueled with natural gas produce (CO). Incomplete combustion of coal, wood, and charcoal, release (CO).

4. Small amounts of (CO) can lead to long-term effects. Higher concentrations can cause headaches, weakness, confusion, and even death.

5. Austin Air filters have a low capacity for this particular substance. The activated carbon cannot be satisfactorily used to remove the Carbon Monoxide under normal circumstances.
